Hoses
Hy-Lok offers flexible hoses of stainless steel or plastic for different applications, also with corrosive gases and for high-pressure applications, with a wide range of connectors. All hoses are offered to Hy-Lok standard or are individually configured to the customer’s specification.

Metal Hose Lines
The corrugated hoses are supplied either as normally corrugated or with flat corrugations with stainless steel braiding for medium-pressure applications up to 100 bar.
The corrugation of the inner hose prevents kinks and gives the hose flexibility. A wide range of end connectors and hose couplers is available for the Hy-Lok metal hoses. As standard the hoses are supplied with end sleeves and welded pipe socket at both ends.

PTFE Hose Lines
The PTFE smooth-walled hoses with medium wall thickness are made of pure PTFE with stainless steel braiding and are suitable for high-pressure applications up to 224 bar.
The inner hose of pure PTFE ensures flexibility and resistance to chemicals. A wide range of end connectors and hose couplers is available for the Hy-Lok PTFE hoses. As standard the hoses are supplied with crimp sleeves and press-fitted pipe sockets with recess for a compression fitting at both ends.
